Trees fall almost every day,
As good soil is washed slowly away.
Trees are converted into paper,
Into furniture and planks for homes.
Where did all the green trees go?
Stolen away as fast as a river flows.
If we could have a world of forests,
To nourish our Earth every day.
We would be better humans in the world,
Taking care and in harmony with life.
Embracing the spirit of nature is power,
Present in every beating heart and flower.
Campaigning for a world of forests,
Is not a distant and silent dream.
The more we take care of the Earth,
Humanity shows its gratitude for every birth.
A world of forests fills our human destiny,
We see it in every living and breathing tree.
Celebrate International Day of Forests.
Forest of fire flee our presence and the homes of countless creatures gone with carbon dioxide why? To plant palms for profit an additive to quench the sugar smile of a world fed calories with no substance.
