It is Christmas Eve and we are just a few hours away from Christmas Day. Almost every person and every family, have their Christmas Eve traditions, that they cherish and love. They enjoy doing their particular rituals almost every year and it almost seems sacred to a number of individuals and families.
I like to continue the Christmas Eve traditions that were done by my parents, which were doing the last-minute shopping, gift wrapping, ironing of clothes and curtains to be put up for Christmas day, cooking as well as going to midnight mass.
Some families like to go for holidays during this festive holiday period and are usually at their favourite holiday spot on Christmas Eve, as they have fun with friends and family, at a party. There are other individuals and families, who like to decorate the Christmas tree and place the angel ornament or the Star on top of the Christmas tree or do the food preparations for the Christmas meal the next day. Several families also go carolling on Christmas Eve or decorate the manger and crib for Christmas Day. I recall that there was a street, where every home would prepare and display their Christmas manger and the best one would get a prize every year.
What are the special traditions that you and your family enjoy doing every Christmas Eve without these traditions, Christmas is not the same and you do not feel fulfilled. What are your festive holiday traditions and do you plan to start some new ones if you do not recall having any great family traditions?

Hey Warren, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family!
