There are some people who are naturally noisy and who make the world stand still, as they disrupt the peace and quiet of their environment. I admit, when individuals have a cause, they can get vociferous, to have their message heard in the world. However, there are certain individuals who have nothing much to say in life, yet they disrupt the peaceful atmosphere of any place they visit.
The quote “Empty vessels make the most noise” does make sense both in life and in science. When a person does not have much to share with the world, they tend to make a loud noise. This may or may not be true, but it is something that noisy children are used to hearing. Similarly, when a vessel is empty it vibrates and the sound resonates, and we have a loud noise.
If you have inner emptiness, and you are a quiet person by nature, then you need to meditate, and you will find so much of the wealth that resides in your mind, heart and soul. If you are noisy and passionate by nature and still feel an inner emptiness, then you need to take time to meditate in order to find that place of calm within you where you will discover more of your inner strength, power and creativity.
Meditation is sometimes not enough, and we need to read, write and interact with others, as well as spend time, with family, friends having fun and enjoying all the positive stuff that life offers us. If you are spiritual minded, put some time aside for spiritual enrichment. Fill that inner emptiness by cultivating seeds of hope, love, inspiration, imagination and creativity into your life, through your writings and interactions with others in your life.

Thanks for sharing this important information. We need to find our inner strengths and find our purpose, by helping someone with a solution to a specific problem they are facing. That can be anyone from our kids, to neighbours, clients, friends, family, etc.
