Remember, the world is not ending soon,
The old year will slip slowly away,
Taking with it some of the troubles away.
Life is all about changes and this is true,
No two days the same and it all changes too.
The New Year will have its sunrises and sunsets,
It's gambles, lucks, its magic and it's always the best.
What could you do to combat,
That feeling of feeling down and depressed?
There is always a solution, like reading a good book,
Going for a walk in the park, watching a happy movie.
Speaking to a good friend of joining a club,
Taking time to be part of a reading group.
Stop feeling down and depressed.
Stop feeling sad and so blue,
This world is love and it is for you.
Change your mindset and environment,
To alleviate that depression and the feeling.
Watch a good movie, sing a song, or write a poem.
You need less stress and time for healing.
Being happier is a truly wonderful feeling.
Appreciate life and all that it has to offer.
Life is worth living, that is always clear.

Think of all that you have been blessed with in life.
These blessings could be in different shapes and forms.
