Gratitude: Start the day with gratitude. Thank your Creator for yet another beautiful day, when it is raining, or it is sunny. You woke up this morning, after a nice rest last night. Today is a fresh page in the book of your life. It is up to you to pen your journal with the best experiences of the day.
A New Day to Celebrate: The day does not promise us anything. It is for us to make the most of every day of your life. The Sun will always shine, the seasons will always change, there will be good, bad and damp weather throughout the year. It is how we react to the day that matters most in life. The Moon will shine on the Earth at night and remind us that we need to relax, rest and clear our minds, because we deserve it.
The Power of Experiences: When we have good experiences, we are on cloud nine. When we have negative experiences, we worry and get sad. Our perspectives are affected by the experiences of the day. We feel that we cannot do much to change the events of a day. We can do so much, if we change our attitudes. What may appear to be a negative event, could be an opportunity, for you to change the situation, which is not always easy, but it is possible.
A positive Mental Attitude: Start the day positively, by making a list of the jobs that need to be done, from the easiest ones to the most difficult, or you could do it in reverse order. I usually like to tackle the most challenging tasks at the beginning of the day, when my mind is fresh and my body is ready to do the tough work. By the middle and end of the day, I prefer doing the lighter tasks. Always remember to take a short break between chores and projects, to give your mind, body and spirit an opportunity to be renewed.

Say your Gratitude chant, even if it is a simple one, “Thank you, for today. I accept and appreciate today, and I will approach everyone and everything with a smile.”

3. All difficult tasks are just challenging that I can overcome.
4. I will always ask for assistance and aid others when possible.
5. I wish to become the best version of myself, every day and in every way.
6. A short-break to think and meditate is essential for mind and body.
7. Eating the right types of food, with exercise, is essential to a healthy existence.
8. Take the time to listen, participate and communicate with others.
9. Spread an atmosphere of goodwill and positivity, throughout the day.
10. Pause and reflect on what I have learned and shared with the world during the day, before I close my eyes and fall into a peaceful sleep.
