I am so excited today because I am looking forward to watching “I, Frankenstein” on Netflix, after dinner tonight with family and friends. It is a new story of Frankenstein, played by Aaron Eckhart, and is based on a graphic novel. I saw the movie trailer a few years ago and it was always at the back of my mind to watch the movie. Then surprise, surprise, I saw that Netflix had added the movie to their October list. The movie trailer impressed me with all the action scenes and the setting of the film made it look interesting.
The title of the movie, “I, Frankenstein”, connected my thoughts, to the title of another movie with a similar title, by Will Smith, called “I, Robot”, about a robot that is accused of a crime, the crime is that the robot murdered its creator. The idea of artificial intelligence being a threat to humanity was the focus of this futuristic thriller.
The title of this article is “I, Storyteller”. Yesterday, the 30th of October, I completed 2000 stories on Medium, the publishing platform. I now feel confident when I call myself the Storyteller. I guess I have earned the badge, also because I still have a great desire and passion to keep telling stories. Reaching 2000 stories was not my main goal, getting into the habit of writing and creating stories, was my main purpose. I feel that I have achieved the goal of becoming a more relaxed creator and allowing my mind to write stories based on my imagination, creativity, external environment, and my internal emotions. I enjoy breathing life into stories every day. Perhaps the title of my short action and thriller bio-film will be "I, Storyteller".
The main purpose of my Storytelling was and is to help others to find the stories within themselves. We all have stories to create, which the world needs to read, hear and see. So, if you are an artist, poet, writer, author, musician, or craftsperson, your stories are waiting to be told and shared with the world. Your craft is your most valuable asset. Create something of value with your skills and talents and the people of the world will make a path to your door, for the treasures you have to offer.
