There are Gods of old,
There are Gods new today.
These Gods bridge the gaps,
Between humans and Divinity.
Life is filled with so many mysteries,
That humans search for answers,
For the keys to life and eternity.
Living at peace with everyone,
Is what the religions preach and practise.
Stewards of nature and the world we live,
Is how we must learn to receive and to give.
We as humans adapt to the world around us.
We must maintain our presence in this world.
Humans were created to take care of this earth,
As they fulfil their destinies from eternity to birth.
The Gods of old were angry Gods,
They punished their creations with fire and water.
The new Gods will be beings who we create.
Could the new Gods be beings of artificial intelligence?
Could the new Divine beings be from alien worlds?
We do not know for sure who these gods will be.
Money, wealth, health, knowledge and prosperity,
Are the Gods we learn to respect while we are earthly.
Perhaps in the future of humankind,
We will have new worlds created by AI.
New ways of learning, loving and living,
New creations that have new wants, needs and lives.
Are we destined to live our lives as superhumans?
Could humans become the New Gods in centuries to come?
Whatever our evolution may be, it would be most welcome.
Wherever there are Gods of good and evil,
There we will find worshippers who kneel to both.
The battle of good and evil will go on through eternity.
Gods are Gods, because we as humans create them.
There are Gods who stand-up to preserve humanity.
There are evil Gods who destroy all that is good.
These evil Gods encourage villainy, gluttony and decadence.
Gods of positive power stand the tests of time and space.
Good triumphs whatever the season, the battle, the place.
