No one will write a word in five years
We will just think our literary creations into reality
The speed at which AI is developing,
I will not be too flabbergasted,
Or completely lost out at sea.
If within the next five years, we see,
Words being formed on computer screens.
Without us ever writing a single word,
A sentence or a paragraph with lines.
I now see the symbols, the patterns and the designs.
AI is evolving faster and these are the signs.
The writing is on the wall,
Human civilization does not fall.
There are so many forewarnings and signs.
Writing in the future which could be a few years,
Perhaps within the next few months,
All handwriting and typing will be obsolete.
The mind will be able to start and complete.
With the help of sensors and electrodes,
These are placed in caps we place on our heads,
We will be able to create anything we want on a page,
By simply thinking in words and pictures.
This would be the preliminary stage.
Mind-writing would be the next absolute rage.

I have watched the creations and designs.
AI is moving forward and these are the signs.
Will you be willing to move forward,
When these new ways of creating are free,
To everyone who wants to use their minds,
To build contraptions and ideas of every kind?
We can see, hear, feel and we are not blind.
