Jill enjoyed coming to the beach to sit and do her work. She was always inspired by the scenery and the beautiful birds that visited the scenic spot. When Jill was lonely, she walked along the beach on a sunny day and discovered this special place. It was peaceful and she loved to hear the birds’ twitter and chirp, as they flew around in their coats of wondrous colors. This was a bird paradise and Jill’s very own patch of heaven. Jill always felt that the birds were her tiny muses and every little robin or egret was a light of inspiration for her to collect and share with the world as an article, a story, or a poem.
One day, all the birds flew away. Not even a single bird came to visit that beach. Jill was surprised to see that the beach was completely deserted. She could not see her colorful companions, fluttering around all day. Where could all these birds have gone, she wondered. This was her paradise. What would she do, now that all the birds had flown away and would they ever return? How would she get inspired to write and create her work again?
Jill decided to walk further down the beach. It was good that she did as he found a man training falcons and eagles to fly. No wonder her birds had flown away, they were the unwitting victims of the birds of prey. Jill spoke to the falconer and asked him if he could find another spot to train his falcons and eagles. The man refused to budge and said that the birds were used to the place and liked it on the beach. Jill did not see her birds for a long time.
Jill stopped writing for a full year. One day, as she walked along the beach, she did not see the falconer. She asked a few locals and she was told that the man, had flown to Hollywood with his birds for a few new movies that featured eagles, hawks, and falcons. Hearing the good news, Jill rushed to her favourite part of the beach, to discover that the paradise that was lost was now back again. She could write once more, as she listened and saw all those beautiful birds flying high, with her creativity.
