Ho’oponopono is a very simple process where you first recognize your own responsibility for creating everything in your life and then apply these words: “I’m sorry, forgive me, thank you, I love you.” This is repeated several times over a period of time until you feel the situation has been “cleansed.” Ho’oponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation.
Writers and creators are always under the stress and tension when creating their work, and getting it accepted by their readers and followers. The fear always exists in the mind of a writer, whether their work is acceptable, up-to-standards and what their readers want.
The best way to overcome that fear is to take time to meditate and let your ideas flow. In that meditative state, start your creation process. First, with a simple idea, gradually develop it as time goes on and by the end of your creative period, you will be happy with what you have created.
Do not be too harsh when judging your work. You have produced your materials which are infused with your imagination, creativity, experiences and your perspectives on the world. Cleanse your mind with the simple Ho’oponopono ritual and send your work-out to the world, to read and enjoy.
