Run, run, run towards the rising Sun.
The seconds are ticking by.
The clock and time will never stop.
This is your race and your marathon.
Lose a second and the race is gone.
Faster, faster, and faster you go,
As fast as the raging river does flow.
This is your race through your life.
You have your family and your friends,
Cheering you loudly, as you move swiftly on.
You have prepared for this race,
Every morning, through the day, till the night.
You have lived every day to make your life.
You have loved your spouse, husband and wife.
All your children and friends cheer you on.
You keep crossing the miles,
You go past all those obstacles.
Every day, your race moves ahead.
From the moment you rise from bed.
Keep moving, racing, and go right ahead.
This is the exciting marathon of life,
You run in every season hot, warm, or cold.
The years and moments go past in a flash.
The winning prize is not a million dollars in cold cash.
Your soul evolves from copper, bronze, and silver to gold.
