The Past Contact and Late Contact Apps
When souls unite in time
There was a new invention, the people at “Tech-doodle Creations” had created. It was a special computer application, that could be used on phones and computers. Once installed a person could communicate with anyone who had lived before, it was called the “Past Contact App”. The previous invention, the “Late Contact App”, was an application that one could use to communicate with departed loved ones. It was a very popular creation and everyone now had the opportunity to communicate with deceased relatives.
Rachel had used the “Late Contact App”, and she would contact her grandmother and grandfather daily, although they had passed away a decade ago. Rachel ordered the “Past Contact App”, and it arrived at her home the very next day. Rachel was so excited to find the packet waiting for her on the doorstep when she returned from work. After she had dinner, Rachel, sat down with her phone and switched on the “Past Contact App”. Rachel was eager to contact Hiawatha, a native American woman who lived seven hundred years ago. Rachel was doing a research paper on the woman, for her PhD. After Rachel put in the details, she was shocked when she saw Hiawatha appear on the screen. This was possible because Hiawatha, was looking at a small polished piece of glass that resembled a mirror.
Hiawatha looked just like her, she was connected to that woman, she was her, and she and Hiawatha were the same soul, present in two different dimensions, across time and space. In that instant, Rachel was transported back in time seven hundred years in the past, while Hiawatha came to our modern time. Hiawatha looked around Rachel’s room and she was confused.
The bedroom door opened and a masked man stepped in, with a gun. He shot Hiawatha and ran out out of the room. Hiawatha lay dying in a pool of blood. The masked man stepped into his car and took off his mask. He was Clint Hexton, the assassin who was sent to kill Rachel, as she had discovered, that her boss, was embezzling company funds.
