The Power of the Present in the World

The Present is when the Magic happens

I am writing this poem in the present,
A minute before and it was in the past.
A minute ahead and we are in the future.
Once this is composed, it will move into the past.

When the Wright brothers flew the aircraft,
They made magic in aviation in their present.
When Edison made a bulb glow with electricity,
It was in his present that he made history.

There is so much that can be done in the present.
There is so much we could do in the future.
It is in the present that magic can take flight.
Use your imagination, creativity and foresight.

The past, the present and the future are fluid.
They mix, they melt and blend in time.
If time is just an illusion that we create,
Cherish every opportunity before it is late.

It has been said that past, present and future,
All exist at once simultaneously for us.
There is no distinction in space, time.
Enjoy life and make it a poetic rhyme.
