Zen in the rain,
Makes life simple,
Always clean and so plain.
Zen of a raindrop,
Makes me realize that life is fluid,
Love and work do not stop.
Zen of a puddle,Â
Tells me that we must keep life simple,
And try not to muddle.
Stepping into a rain-washed street,Â
Makes me understand the purity,
Of a cleaned street with fallen roses.
The Zen of a Rainy Day,
Makes me say a silent prayer,
Knowing the Universe does care.
