Someone joins as a follower.
A great name you will remember.
The next day, they send you a message.
You respond and they respond too.
Are the messages even true?
In a few days, you are having a conversation,
With a sign, symbol or a faceless person.
Do you lose or do you win?
In a one-way conversation.
Does this person really exist?
Could this be a bot or a scam?
Who are you really online?
Is the person someone real,
Of just another fake persona online.
Of course, they are real, they will say,
Till they ask for something they need.
Is it all part of an automated feed?
Faces and names on social media,
Are very tricky and hard to trust.
Never give too much information,
It could result in your social obliteration.
“Come onto a phone for conversation”.
I would rather go on a vacation.
