Large Jar of items

Have you ever discovered a box filled with old memories? I know that I have discovered so many things, from the past, that I had stored away, forgotten about and then found them recently. These stored items, are the carriers of so many memories. Those memories can be positive or negative.

When we store stuff away to be looked at soon, we tend to forget about them completely, until we locate them months or years later. Most of the things we store away are not intentionally stored away. The first thought that usually comes into my mind, is that I do not really need to use this particular item today, I will keep it away, to make place for newer things and use it again later.

Inevitably, the items that we store away intentionally or unintentionally, are filled with so many memories and ideas. Are you in the habit of storing things away to be looked at later, only to find that you forget about them completely.

Items stored away, are usually rich with so many ideas. I have found that I usually find things stored away, at just the right time, when ideas for creation have reached fruition. What are your thoughts about storing away items, that become treasures that connect us to memories from our past, with lessons and guides for the future? Do you shoe-boxes, large bottles and plastic bags to store away precious items?
