After the Rains Are Over
The weekend was cold here and the temperature all over the place. We had snow flurries Friday but it was just a tease, nothing stuck. Today it's supposed to be in the 50s and then the 60s tomorrow. My body doesn't know how to react to the changes.
Yes, the weather keeps changing and that is why so many of us fall ill. Keep cool when warm and keep warm when cold.
