There are a number of us, who pay to subscribe to read the work of fellow writers. There are a few of us who wish to show their support and encouragement, there are others who are not financially able to pay to read, while there are others who prefer to read materials which are free, with so much available on the web.
This is a list of possible reasons, which ones would you choose?
I enjoy the literary work and agree with all the writer’s views.
2. I am able to pay to subscribe to favourite writers.
3. I am subscribed to the writers I like.
4. I love the writing style of the writer.
5. I give my comments; claps, and I feel that is not enough encouragement.
6. I feel the writer needs my money, on their writing journey.
7. I am proud of the success of a fellow writer, and their work is addictive.
8. I am a good writer, but he or she is a great writer, and I am willing to pay to read their work.
9. The writer is always positive in their work, and that makes me happier in life.
10. I wish to be counted as a loyal subscriber and paid member in the writer’s list of supporters.
I would agree with a number of the points I have mentioned above for paying a writer. Which ones would you select? There is no need to write it in the comments, if you are uncomfortable or embarrassed doing it. This was created so that readers would think about paying or not paying, and perhaps one day pay to subscribe to read the literary outpourings of writers they like.
Those are all valid reasons. Personally, I can't afford a lot of subscriptions, but there are a few whose writing and ideas are so valuable it feels like theft to read for free. I wish I could afford more.
