We all love our paradise. We are comfortable, living, loving, and working in that world. No one wants paradise to be shattered into a million pieces. Yet, whether we or the characters in our stories want to or not, they have to live through those times of upheaval and change. Almost no one looks forward to change, being creatures of habit, with a love for our known surroundings.
