I have been using AI art and creating videos, with them for some time now.
Just put a negative prompt and the "extra fingers, hands and heads" should not appear. I use Nightcafe and Leonardo, which are generous with Credits. I tried out a few other ones, till the credits ran out. I also made comics using AI art.
It's amazing to see what is already possible. I tried this in Canva and it was really creepy.... Arms and finders always look a bit alien....

I made Sherlock Holmes videos with AI art as well on YouTube.
I love AI art, because I can convert my ideas into artistic depictions, which is just pure magic.
