Do you get up happy or Sad?
Most of us are living in B.C. times: Before Coffee... I always wake up with a state of urgency, for I know that all those moments in my past will be lost in time, like tears in the rain.
That is so true. Some of us love coffee and some like tea, I prefer tea first and coffee later as an after lunch treat. :)
I haven't slept well since Covid...so waking up is just getting up.
I hope that you get regular normal sleep one day. :)
